Refund and Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

Our refund and return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we are unable to provide you with a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Other items that cannot be returned:

– Gift cards

– Products that are on sale or on sale

Note: Damaged items will not be returned

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping is $6.99 and is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable once the return is completed.

However, in some cases where we are at fault, we will cover the cost. (Delivery is not as ordered; Product delivered is defective; Delivery is overdue)

RETURN PROCEDURE

After receiving your item and if you need to return it, please contact us immediately via email. Once we believe you are eligible for an exchange, we will send you a confirmation email with return address instructions.

We will not accept returns without prior notice or approval.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially credited.

Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is issued.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have a request, please contact us as soon as possible so we can process it promptly.

Please note: Once the item has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel or change your order. Please be present to receive and return the item according to the policy above.
